ジェンダーをきっかけに、一人ひとりが自身と向き合うこと。それは、社会が決めた当たり前や固定観念から抜け出し、自分らしく挑戦していく第一歩です。そんな人を１人でも多く増やしたいという信念に基づいて、GENDER+は、『ジェンダーを超えて、挑戦する人を増やす』をミッションに掲げています。
Gender can be a starting point for individuals to reflect on themselves. By questioning the assumptions and norms society has created, we take the first step toward living and challenging life in our own way. Guided by this belief, GENDER+ is committed to empowering more people to challenge beyond traditional gender roles.

When one person’s challenge sparks positive energy, it inspires another to take a step forward. Gender＋ aims to create a future where individuals of all backgrounds support and encourage one another in their own unique challenges.

1995年、女性として兵庫県で生まれる。
10歳からサッカーを始め、海外やなでしこリーグでプレー。アメリカでは、「コミュニケーション学」を専攻し、学問としてジェンダー学を深めた。24歳でサッカー引退と同時に、男性として生きることを決断。
幼少期から自身のジェンダーに違和感を感じ、長期間に渡って向き合った経験から「人々が自身のジェンダーと向き合い、挑戦できる社会にしていきたい」という想いに至り、GENDER+を始動。
現在は、オーストラリアにてピラティストレーナーとして挑戦しながら、GENDER+を運営。
I was born in 1995 in Kobe, Japan, and was assigned female at birth.
I started playing soccer when I was 10 and later played both overseas and in the Nadeshiko League in Japan.
I also studied in the United States, where I majored in Communication Studies and learned more about gender.
At 24, I retired from soccer and decided to live as a man.
Since childhood, I had felt a sense of gender incongruence. After many years of thinking and learning about myself, I wanted to help create a society where people can face their gender and take on new challenges. This led me to start GENDER+.
I am now based in Australia. I lead GENDER+, and I also work as a Pilates trainer here.

I was born in 1995 in Kobe, Japan, and assigned female at birth. I began playing soccer at 10, later competing overseas and in Japan’s Nadeshiko League. I studied Communication in the U.S., where I explored gender in depth. At 24, I retired from soccer and chose to live as a man. Years of reflecting on my own gender inspired me to create GENDER+, supporting people to face their gender and take on new challenges. I now live in Australia, leading GENDER+ and working as a Pilates trainer.
